Kellen Hatanaka

Kellen Hatanaka is a multidisciplinary artist and designer from Toronto, Canada. In his practice he works on a wide variety of projects including editorial, advertising and picture book illustration as well as art installations, murals and fine art exhibitions. He is the illustrator of Tokyo Digs a Garden by Jon-Erik Lappano, winner of the Governor General's Award and shortlisted for the TD Canadian Children's Literature Award. Kellen lives with his wife, Kiersten, their son, Tomo and their dog, Paul.
