About Me:

Hi there! My name is Sydney (she/her), and I’m a Literary & Operations Assistant at Folio. I assist Folio partner and agent Emily van Beek as well as Director of Operations Aaron Flores. I joined Folio as an intern in 2021 after graduating from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Classics. I’m a sucker for picture books that make you cry, middle grade novels with spunky protagonists, and voicey YA books with their finger on the pulse.
